As part of the Caring for our Country initiative, the Australian Government has announced Community Coastcare grants to ‘help local communities better protect our precious coastal environment’.

 

Applications close 25 July 2008, with two levels of funding available:

 

BMRG will be facilitating three workshops in the region during June 2008 to discuss potential Coastcare projects that will contribute to Caring for our Country national priorities and benefit local communities in the management and conservation of our region’s coastal environment.

 

So if you want some help with how you can strengthen your proposal as well as identifying partnerships between groups and other organisations, then give us a call.
